Welcome to our PokéCenter page. With Pokemon there can be accidents that happen with your Pokeball Terrariums, whether it be from the post office or if you drop your Pokeball by accident, but not to worry I am here to show how to fix your Pokemon.
Our Pokeball Terrariums are made from a durable plastic and can take a fall, however it is possible for the impact to knock your little Pokemon loose from its base, with a strong enough impact. If your pokeball terrarium was to experience any damage because of this or the post office workers being to rough, I can show you how to easily fix your terrarium.
I will be using this Grotle terrarium as an example. As you can see, do to the impact of falling on the ground, he has shaken loose from his base. But all you need to fix him is some glue and 1 minute of your time.
All you will need to do is grab the button on the front of the Pokeball and lift it up. It will release the seal that is holding the Pokeball together. Gently unwrap the Pokeball and place the button and sealant some place safe. (Do not dispose of this!) Once the sealant is taken off you will be able to remove the top of the Pokeball and will have access to your Pokemon.
All you will need to do then is take your Pokemon out and place your glue on the bottom of the Pokemon’s feet and firmly place it back on the base. Once that is done you can place the top of the Pokeball back on and re-seal your Pokeball shut. It is that easy!
